Her specialities include personalized nutrition plans, contest preparation, postural correction, body alignment, and injury prevention. She has taught countless group exercise classes in several formats such as Yoga, Pilates, Body Sculpt and Spinning.

As a former fitness and figure champion, Carrie knows the kind of mindset it takes to achieve REAL results.
