My program is about acquiring the right mindset to achieve your health and fitness goals and integrating healthy habits into your lifestyle.

Coaching Includes:

✔️ A meal plan that we create together based on your personal needs. This will be a combination of my expertise and also what has worked for you in the past. The more people I work with, the more I realize that every body is different. What works for one person might not work for the next. That is why this is a team effort and 100% tailored to YOU.

✔️ A workout plan that we design based on your body type and experience level. Again, this will vary from person to person. Workout plans include, cardiovascular adaptation schedules and strength training plans to do at the gym or at home.

✔️ A weekly, one on one coaching call where we go over what you accomplished the previous week and how to adjust for the following week. During these calls, we go deep into your “why” so that you can really identify what is motivating you, what is holding you back, etc. We talk about your fitness goals and also goals for other areas of your life, because when it comes to your mindset, everything is connected. My goal is for you to attain the tools to maintain your fitness results on your own long after we are done with the program.

✔️ A weekly preview form to fill out in order to get the most out of your coaching session.

✔️ A weekly review form so that you can really reflect on the biggest takeaways from our time together.

What Is An Exploratory Conversation?

A exploratory conversation is a free call with me where we will get you clear and focused on what you really want to accomplish and see if coaching is a fit. It’s 1 hour long and we do it through FreeConferencecall.com, so you have the option to listen to it again and learn from it in the future. It’s very beneficial regardless of whether or not we decide to proceed with coaching.
